There's a lot of variation within that and the long-term outlook for each neighborhood is not the same.It's not uncommon to find 100 year old houses in E, S and W San Antonio, which may be good for you if that means more demand for property inspections - I'd be interested to hear your perspective.San Antonio has a unique identity with the Missions and a strong Latin culture.

I'm really optimistic about Montclair, I think all the 'rougher' neighborhoods are going to be the I-wish-I-had-bought-back-then properties of the future (barring a cataclysmic event). 3 train stations, multiple bus stops and tons of restaurants and parks, historical homes, culture, and good schools - what's not to like?

These areas are not only safe and pedestrian-friendly but also offer excellent rental potential due to their proximity to major employment centers and cultural attractions.Upstate NY: Look at cities like White Plains or New Rochelle, which are well-connected via Metro-North to NYC, offer urban conveniences, and have a range of multi-family homes.Seattle Area: Neighborhoods like Capitol Hill or Ballard in Seattle are excellent choices.

I can think of far more dubious "speculations" than that, that people do all the time, without anyone critiquing them for it.The dial turned to hyper mega turbo boost, where celebrities buy for $50m and then sell 8 years later for $40m, is too far, insufficient liquidity at those price points seems to create unpredictable volatility.
