Prospecting Life Change to San Antonio Texas

Hey all!  This is my first post on BP and I'm excited to get involved in this great community!

I am looking to get some insight and perspective about the RE market and general life in San Antonio.

I am from Philadelphia PA originally but after this past winter am looking to move to warmer surrounds haha.

No deception or illusions here.  I am a complete newbie to RE investing.  I have spent many years working in the construction industry and this seemed like a good transition.

I am currently working with investors here in the Philly area doing pre acquisition property inspections which has been great to start getting my feet wet on the investing side of real estate.

I plan on coming to visit San Antonio within the next couple months to see first hand what life is like and the possible opportunity there.

All replies greatly appreciated!  Look forward to hearing from you all!
