Does painting the whole inside of the house include all doors, trim, repairing/sanding/priming and painting the walls, paint ceilings, and cabinets?

I use the same paint in all of my units(Sherwin Williams Realist Beige - recommendation from another BP forum and it looks great with white trim) to make it easier to patch holes quickly on a move out if the walls aren't otherwise in bad shape.

If the tenant is there more than 3 years, my PM won't charge tenant for painting the unit, but they will charge if the tenant left holes, did poor patching, damaged trim, primer for dark colors painted without permission, etc.

The HOA's policy provides coverage for common area property that was damaged (walls, trim, floors, etc.) that they're responsible for insuring, and your policy takes care of what you're responsible for insuring.
