There are a lot of inbred mindsets that do nothing to aid progress.Although I'm new to the RE business, I have over 40 years of multinational sales and marketing management background in the information technology and oilfield equipment and services business. 

I found several old forums related to this but none that seem to answer mine and likely many other landlord's needs and I am hopeful that there is some newer technology that can provide a solution.  

I get my license this coming week and wanted to know what technology is most useful for real estate.

The tenant base is polarizing, some super hard working, some super not hard working; some open to technology and others dead against it. 

The house will be old by Phoenix standards then, and outdated in looks and technology.  

Triple pane windows seem to have come down in price over the last couple years and the technology has improved however I still think Dollar for Dollar double pane windows with low-e and argon are the way to go.

My concern is that corporations currently located within NYC continue to look for ways to cut costs and will possibly move operations / headquarters into lower cost locations throughout the US as technology advances and allows for it.

While a well structured program can possibly work for some, I believe that most go into one of these programs seduced by the thought that they are “first movers” in the latest advertising technology, and without a sound basis or realistic assessment.And, while MOST of my marketing is “opt in” , I too am guilty of interruptive marketing as I mass email to my 14000 LinkedIn connections without their express permission.
