I've grown my independent practice over the years which forced me to wear multiple hats, and in turn I've developed a great deal of experience in sales & marketing, online advertising, lead generation, research, email marketing, operations, and much more.

I lived in SOMA a few years ago, and while it's grown since then, I'd say the property in question is still a little far from the desirable SOMA classification.

Now that my children are grown, I am ready to get started.

For me, I will be transferring all of my property into individual LLCs since my personal real estate portfolio, and personal assets, have grown in value. 

Either that or another SFH as I have really grown fond of how easy they are to rent and maintain in addition to the quality of renter they typically attract.My question to you guys is 1.) what are your thoughts on my strategy 2.) what are your concerns and 3.)

I do not know what your family/home situation is, small children, space issues, but I had an acquaintance (her son lived with her but he was grown) who turned her dining room and living room into offices and had 2-3 others on her team that just came to her house and worked from there.

Now that I've grown through that phase and am full time in the "real world" I reflect upon that time in my life often.  

The east TN community on BP has steadily grown of late I've noticed.

The program has grown under the current administration.
