Newbie to BP. I've long desired to make investing a full time gig but the rut of life has always seemed to derail me. I purchased a rental property 8 years ago and it has  cash-flowed pretty good. My initial goal was to hold some rentals for a long term strategy as well as fix/flip to build wealth.

So 8 years later I've got one rental and have not put in motion what I set out to do. I'm here to re-engage, learn, and network. Seems like a great community and I look forward to learning/growing, taking back my life, and getting out of the rat race rut I've been in.
