Tell the realtor to put a virtual tour on the listing to minimize the need for people to enter.If he agrees to leave the house for hours at a time, he should negotiate a rent concession.

I toured a dozen houses and many neighborhoods in Parma (and a few others).One thing I noticed about Parma, is the adage "you've seen one, you've seen 'em all" seems to apply to Parma SFH rental properties :)  There are thousands of 3/1 or 3/2 SFH's in Parma that all have the same floor plan more or less.

@Adam Moehn Just wondering if you get a chance to tour the other rentals in your immediately area for the comparison of yours.Since this is your first, I will suggest to know the competition & then decide on the price.

I had contacted management several times in regards to figuring out a solution to the problem, however, on initial evaluation by live-in resident property manager, he toured my unit with me and told me they were cockroaches.
