I would bet at least 100/mo total.Thats basically 300/mo in savings there plus if you can get another 100/mo total boost in rents across the 3 units (33 of the 50 they're under market).

Refinancing this would mean settling a lot of bad credit for me and would really give me the boost I need to continue investing. 

My goal is to become, investor and 8a certification to boost myself but looking to get into my first flip really soon. 

I usually look for small homes with unfinished basements and attic that can be made to add a bedroom to boost on livable space, while preseving the property tax.

We're also pursuing direct bookings, I'd just like to boost the VRBO rankings also... 

Good landscaping can definitely give a property a boost.  

I spent everything I had in 2014 and anticipated spending 2015 fixing up the properties I purchased and boosting rents.

None of the homes in the area have hot tubs, so I'm thinking adding one and providing firewood for the fireplace will boost weekend/holiday performance in the winter months. 

In terms of areas to invest, the north side of town has been growing like mad and the downtown revitalization project has also done a lot to boost property value but then they may not be greatest deals.  

There is also a FICO boost when you have 5 cards, but only after you've had them for 2 years.
