If they tell me they are an investor or cash buyer, I ask them for a pre-approval from a lender or they can provide their bank account statement, with their account number blanked out, along with the name of the bank and the banks phone number.

I continued for 9 months dodging rocket attacks and reading everything that I could get sent out to me, Robert Kiyosaki, Brandon Turner, David Greene, Michael Blank, Brian Hennessey, Matt Ferguson etc.I haven't been able to put any of the acquired knowledge to use for obvious reasons.
