We are now working with a group that understands our vision and wants to grow with us on our Multifamily adventure.

We utilized a system called Career Visioning through Keller Williams.

We both have 8-5 jobs but want to start this side project and both have the vision of financial freedom and spending time with future kids.

4) Once you've laid out that vision for what your ideal life looks like, start walking that back to where you're out now and determine what you need to accomplish in the next 3 years to meet your 10 year goal.

They all run the gamut, and only you know the vision you have for a property.  

I am forever grateful to be doing business with people with integrity and vision and look forward to completing my first deal.  

You having the energy and vision, coupled with someone else's money, can be beneficial to both.
