James wood pressed charges took it to a judge and got his license revoked.  

I guess it does for our new venture, but the old one we were pressing to build a site for is something we decided to stop doing.

The OP often doesn't have a real gripe other than they don't like whom they're posting about and are simply looking to stir the hornets nest by creating negative press.

I’m still buying, but in a regular manner, I will certainly get a more pressing desire to scale when I feel like I am buying things at a discount.Here is a cool tip for finding a partner.

If someone were to press harder, I’d point out that they easiest way for them to have the security deposit applied as the last month’s rent in Arizona is for them not to pay they last month’s rent, receive a five day notice, be served an eviction notice, and lose in court (which is a certainty when proof of payment can’t be provided).
