Just make sure the numbers work both ways and you'll be golden.

The two jokers I'm talking about are Thomas Wood and Raphael Golden or Grand, their company is Fase 2 Fase, Inc., but I imagine they have other company names.  

I cant stress to owners enough that the need to treat tenants like a customer, using the Golden Rule as your guide, is just smart business.   

A degree can have value in the market due to a lot of employers still thinking it's the golden egg.

Don't forget the 3 Golden Rules of real estate investing: Location, location, location!

A lil’ BRRR action mixed with some creative financing and you’re Golden. :)Besides that you might consider looking at some good multifamily or commercial operators to venture with or invest alongside of with a portion of those proceeds...  

I'd also have a buddy come help move all of her stuff and get her settled.Business and ethics seem to but heads sometimes but I somewhat believe in the golden rule or karma. 

Thankfully, the garish golden arches that once framed the entry to the property are gone, but many of the structures remain.

Check into the properties that didnt sell at tax sale, mostly junk but its like finding a golden needle in a haystack.
