Actually, maybe this is not ironic at all.

Much more excited about building my own dreams than HAVING TO BUILD anyone else’s, & ironically it’s while actually encouraging others to build theirs.

Ironically, when I was done the insurance went up and when I asked why it was because asphalt shingles are not as durable as steel shingles  🙄

How ironic, when I was writing my post I was thinking about nancy's properties in Detroit and what happened to them and many other properties in Detroit.  

Just remember we are going through some growing pains right now as we just merged two REI groups together, with their various organizers, and are still ironing out the kinks and making changes to make REX more effective for our members in the Alaska, specifically Anchorage, market. 

How ironic....For the most part, your purchasing a house on an AS-IS basis.
