My suggestion would be to find a small firm with just one attorney or a few - large firms would not touch this as no money in it for them and they won’t work on contingencyContingency for them to get 25-50% on this will make it challenging to find an attorneyIf the seller contests the action and it goes to trial, it could cost $50-100k especially to get into discovery.

Hi,A little confused about the MLS website.From what I've read, I would not be able to access the MLS unless I have a real estate license but i went onto MLS.com and found that I can just register for a free trial (it's actually $1) after being redirected to GETFORECLOSEDHOME.com.

We all learn through trial and error so if you have money to throw around then I say try RDC but if you're like me and you need every dollar you can get for that asset column then I would circle back to this if you feel you can't self educate yourself.
