It's a fixer-upper, down to the studs, and a blank canvas for me. 

All you need to do is train your brain on what to look for, then your eyes to see it when you're staring right at it. 

The condo is completely bare so it's a blank canvas for me to do whatever I want as far as rehabbing it and it's in a great location.

Business owners, however, will have to deal with it, and stare it in the face, unless they want to work IN their businesses, instead of ON their businesses.
