It's a vision I've had for years.

I want to create a business plan, and a vision plan of my direction. 

I’m trying to have a more wholistic view of what it takes to run a mobile home park in order to accurately present a vision in my business plan.

So many people don't have the vision to see how something could be... and so many would rather roll the extra cost into a monthly mortgage instead of trying to fund major upgrades out of pocket.

I would love to find a way that I could be a part of your vision. 

In my opinion the people who are the most successful and driven have a clear vision of the goals they want to accomplish.

Retail buyers have little or no 'vision' and are rarely able to see beyond a poorly presented offering.If your ultimate offer is strong, very well presented and aggressively marketed, you will need to either be the top of the market or slightly under to attract a strong, well-qualified buyer.If it were me, I'd focus on thinking about the end buyer you want to sell to.
