So if the tenant decides to use their security deposit as rent, you cannot replenish that security deposit up to 6 months after the emergency declaration or new lease.I have been reading on the forums that people think you can’t evict for 60 days.  

@Wade G.A lot of post on this thread and a lot to think about. 12 years ago I bought my first rental from a friend who was declaring bankruptcy because she was caught short when the bubble burst.

I told him that the county had declared a rent moratorium and I was prohibited from posting any notices.   

So perhaps you might start by declaring your interest with your exact working title and interests and stop trying to fool people.

These are all relatively simple projects that don't involve much capitol; just a good planning session and lot of sweaty, dirty, muscle-building work. 

They were not worried about the banks calling loans or declaring bankruptcy or trying to refinance a balloon.  

They may check things like insurance declarations or something to see if there is a mortgagee clause.

If it was ripped like the one in the pic, no wonder why it didn't taste tender enough - too much muscle and not enough fat. 

The City declares your neighborhood "blighted" and begins to tear down houses.

Well, don't declare bankruptcy and it doesn't sound like you're being successful in selling it yourself.
