I can’t (legally) interpret one for anyone.

A "one off" contract allows for too many interpretations that would have to be vetted in court. 

I haven't done this and I'm not in a position to do this soon, but recently met a portfolio lender and that's what I took away from it.I'm not much help but just wanted to throw out there what I interpreted.

It also takes clearly defining concepts that different people could interpret differently. 

A customer service rep won't be able to walk you through or interpret a credit report/criminal records like a Certified Screener who's trained and experienced in just that.

Yes, I understand the word 'reasonable' is a matter of interpretation and this is why we have a court system so you can disregard the word and just tell us how many of the claims made are approved and how many of the claims made are denied.
