They have since left the house and now he doesn't use the lot, so there was only a small tool shed on the lot to demo which didn't cost very much.

The only downside to that rig is when you need to haul dirt, or demoed concrete, which is thankfully rare.If you get big enough, I think a high-ceiling van like a ProMaster 3500 is the way to go, at least, that's my dream vehicle for this.

I'm guessing demo will be done by Wednesday at this rate. 

One is raw land and the other is a decrepit house that need to be demoed first.

Nice thing about the renter demo is that they tend not to buy politicians' votes.

The makeshift solutions we find during demo are often entertaining, but sometimes just dangerous in terms of major property damage or bodily injury.

I have requested a free demo today, but will not probably be hearing from them til Monday.

These are used when doing demo work on existing buildings to make certain not to hit critical items in the slab.

@Carrianne Mucho  yup if I was not so invested on the west coast and was looking for a new place to live it would be one of my first choices.. but you would need to be a water dog... its surrounded by water. and us Californians are used to mountains and they don't have any of those.. but culture great food , ( have to import your wine).. nice people and a robust Real estate economy with thousands of potential rehabbers.. since the city is so old  2nd oldest in the US>  I just close on one I was going to rehab.. turned out the termites caused so much damage its a demo job.. but not to worry new construction there will be just fine :)check out  74 America Charleston  SC  this is one I just sold last month.. this is what we are building there selling at 225 to 250 a foot finished

The place has been 90% demoed for the new stuff to be put back in.
