It is a nice fishing, kayaking all sports lake, but I think the renters will give us bad reviews because of the lakefront area.   

Some things are simply best said and not addressed in an agreement.What about the guy's motorcycle, his fishing boat, maybe his jetski or snowmobile?

For Bare Feet is a big employor, State Fish hatchery, IU health network, lots of inexpensive land, New highway, largest Dr.

Incredible numbers on it, and a stable area.I am working with, and being coached through a multi-family group so I get to watch everyone catching the big fish around me.

Very professional and truly the big fish in that area. 

I'm exploring the idea of offering optional paid activities to my guests like personal chef, back country skiing, mountain climbing lessons, UTV rentals, horse back riding, fly-fishing and the like. 

@Dave Olverson, I'm a small fish and most of those neighborhoods are above my pay grade. 

The one of them  wanted  to go for offshore fishing , and decided to rent a boat and then after some photographs  I showed them , resulted in renting a Yacht  65 feet .

Target areas with established snow mobiling or ice fishing for winter months as well.
