Hi Dave, yes of course some tenants are better than others, but it is human nature to be skeptical towards people who are new, and sometimes that shows up as an attitude

Honestly I am so sick of the snotty attitudes of people when it comes to renting to felons, people make mistakes its called being human and unfortunately a lot of (aka) better people feel they dont deserve a second chance and make it almost impossible to find a place to live.

Bottom line is though to actually get to courtroom as you know both sides have probably spent at least 50k large on attorney fee's and that usually cuts the wheat from the Chaff... and I love the I am only doing this on principal attitude that tends to go out the window when money is flowing out the window as well.AS I state the well to do folks I know Have all sorts of family trust revocable and irrevocable.. and or just in LLC's with proper insurance...

Live life the way you will, but there *are* consequences and if one's attitude is "a little lie" won't hurt, that makes for very poor renters, very poor partners (business or relationship) and raises all sorts of other questions about you.
