@Aaron McGinnis paychex.com will be a start. used them before, they couldn't accommodate my prevailing wage reporting, so i needed to switch to payroll4construction.com.

You may want to talk her into going to a Y, beach or other places that accommodate swimming.Good luck and don't feel that you are compelled to respond to the tenant's wishes.

As far as I know, code everywhere requires egress windows in all habitation rooms, so you'll likely need to cut the foundation to accommodate 28" tall (or whatever your local) code requires.

As @Nick Montville said, in Massachusetts, only licensed agents can receive a commission or finder's fee for "finding accommodations for prospective tenants".

@Moly YangI have used Land Tile for all but one closing now and they have been nothing but professional, friendly, and accommodating.  I have only used two title companies now.

I didn't have any roofing or HVAC issues.If you're financing any of the rehab, saving non-critical patj items until the end saves a little on interest and at the same time, for things like windows and doors, keeps them from becoming casualties of the construction.If permits are required, that, too, will influence the order to accommodate inspections.Another thing a builder once told me is that once a house is framed, do HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical rough ins, in that order.
