Yeah I lived next to great Trailer neighbors and Bad ones like TV shows, but then i lived next to the same kind of people when I moved to an Apartment and house.

Or just have the guests login to their streaming account on the smart TV's? 

Not only does that $509 cover maintenance of the pools, elevators, common areas and landscaping, but it also covers electricity within the unit, cable TV and internet, water/sewer, and trash. 

In addition to those suggestions, reach out to a local TV station. 

AS I am probably one of the few on BP who have actually been to most of the TV Guru's 3 to 5 day events, IE training sessions that those that attend pay some pretty big bucks for.I have been to ARmando's  rich dad,, The Yancy's, Vertucci ,  to name a few and some lessor known local types who do bus tours.

Living room, has a 65inch tv and 3 couches with a second fridge.

It's an ongoing project     - I don't have tv in any of the common areas, I was advised not to where it would minimize potential tenant altercations     - I have tenants on a rotating cleaning schedule where they only have to do their part every 4-5 weeks.
