Speak softly but carry a big stick?

I never use white linens or towels - usually soft grey or yellow or blue that combine with the decor.

As for rents, I do see a moderate drop too, but I’m not sure if it’s due strictly to corona, or if it’s been soft due to early year seasonality (although things pick up by April, and get hotter in the summer.) 

A softly lit bedroom shot with a white robe and a pointed hood strategically draped over a clothes valet, maybe a swastika armband just peeking out of a closed drawer of the dresser in the corner?

Currently we are doing some soft improvements ( carpet, window replacement, painting, etc) and the house will be move in ready by the end of the month.

For example, my building and the one next door is about 40-50% vacant, because demand is soft...

This is because the top surface layer is actually quite stiff, while the top layer of traditional sheet vinyl for instance is very soft.The upside is it is really soft and cushiony (lol that's not a word is it?)

We thought about LLC structures, property requirements, submarket analysis, and started to gather soft commitments from potential investors, about 1.2 million in our case.After 6 months of "due diligence", learning and getting ready to make offers, we incorporated in June of 2022.
