We acquired a 4300 sf restaurant building that sits on a one acre lot on a major freeway in Houston Because of the size and hence the cost, we had difficulty finding a strong enough single tenant (we marketed at $1.90/sf modified gross).

Example - A note modified a year ago to lower payment and get borrower making regular payments again.

Does anyone know if there's any organizations that assist people with disabilities find properties modified to accommodate them?

I have set it up specifically for real estate wholesaling but you can modify it to fi the way you work.

You can modify as you go but you must actually invest in order to benefit from real estate.

By the way, you can use any valid Fl purchase contract, just modify the deed section.

I just ended up using one of the spreadsheets already posted on BP and modified it to suit my needs.

I would  modify #1 a little bit an just say - get educated.
