If my previous comment came off as harsh, no offense was intended, but just a fun jab. downsides of written mediums, you can't hear me chuckle when I'm typing. 

@Chris Green Neighbors and tenants get into it all the time and they try getting the landlord involved in their drama all the time. 

Note the payments do drop off in month 60 as the first two notes are paid off but overall this should be a low drama experience and produces a reasonable return over time.Keep in mind that there are risks along the way.

I'm looking at Houston at present and would appreciate any suggestions that would point me towards decent rental markets in the area (A-B neighborhoods).Thanks-Harsh

Engelo,I agree that a Pro account is a 100% must, however I would also say it is a little harsh to say you SUCK if you don't upgrade.

I say some because at the end of the day despite all the contracts in the world, emotions might seep in and maybe one friend will want out and then you have to make the harsh decision as to whether they should honor the contract (business is business) or honor the friendship.  

As someone who has lived in college towns in the Southeast, it recently crossed my mind whether it would be "worth the hassle" of dealing with students and the perceived drama.

I’ve only been to the snow a handful of times and I’m not sure I would survive the harsh winters.

This is my 1st deal and it's a relative so I'm trying to AVOID any confusion or drama as much as possible.
