Fingers are crossed

What is my liability if I provide a mower and the tenant chops off a finger or something?

Fingers crossed.Either that or since i'm not a resident of the state, I can join a church in Washington State and worship there to gain access to the local credit union... which could do the loan.

We now own 2 buildings on 1 lot with a total of seven rental units and at the closing we were told there was an other empty lot behind it that has street frontage on the main road(keeping our fingers crossed).Those just starting out.

My attorney also filed a quit claim deed to move the property into my LLC and he insures me that won't throw a wrench into my refi, fingers crossed.

Fingers crossed haven't had to use him yet other than reading over the lease. 

Sounds like SF, where you're lucky to get selected if you only give a full price offer with all the strings attached (contingencies / loan).Perhaps previously it was everyone puffing up real estate, but there has been a definite low supply of property, so one would be hard-pressed to point fingers this year. 

I've recently moved to Cincinnati last December and I've just put in my first offer (fingers crossed).
