There aren't many underappreciated beachfront or skiing destinations.

Many first timers visit the Caribbean on a cruise to sample the various islands, then return as stay over visitors to their favorite places. 

It's a really popular spring break and summer destination and I would imagine you do pretty well there!

AirBnB seems to really work out for those in areas that have attractions or a just popular destinations in general.

Once time my Dad and hise wife were pulled out of the car at the border art gun point because they had cruised across for a few hours for luch and on the way back they both answered their professions were "Real Estate" and the border patrol didnt buy it. haha Thats the issue, how can you describe exactlly what you do in ONE word! 

Instead, stay humble, stay open, stay genuinely thankful and appreciative of everybody you talk to and tries to help you ... everybody, even the crooks, taught me and as crazy as it sounds I'm thankful for those lessons (not the crooks, but the lessons I got from them) ... without those hard lessons I wouldn't be where I am today, and where I am today is  just an enjoyable waypoint to a destination that will change and ultimately never be reached.
