Warning against Presidential Bank, Bethesda, MD

I just spent about 45 minutes preparing a detailed financial analysis and application at the request of Presidential Bank in Bethesda, MD, for the promise of affordable loans on  single  residential refinances and small commercial ventures. Their response, after an incredible amount of wasted time, was that they only do $500k plus loans in the DC metropolitan area.

Had they told me that from the start, I would have no beef with them. But I'd prefer to prevent them from wasting another investor's time with their false promises and requests for extensive financial information.
