I'm fairly new to the Real Estate Investing scene, although I've grown up with a good source of instruction in the form of family members in the Wholesaling, Realtor, and Buy and Hold business.  

This makes it difficult for me to actually make any money from my modest investments, after mortgage and the tax expenses which have grown substantially in recent years.

We have grown accustomed to a certain way of living and we have higher standards.
