Hi everyone,

I thought I'd go ahead and introduce myself to this awesome community.  I'm fairly new to the Real Estate Investing scene, although I've grown up with a good source of instruction in the form of family members in the Wholesaling, Realtor, and Buy and Hold business.  I'm based out of Roseville, CA area and always looking to connect with others in the Real Estate game.  Hope to meet some of you all in the future.
