minor stuff (rubs and holes from picture hanging) I go with Frozen theme and "let it go" but this is probably because I only use one interior color on all my units (same sheen, too) and self manage, and do about 100% of the common turn around tasks...then touching up is a relative breeze on the turn around as far as painting goes. so get the codes if you can from the owner or from the next paint job...you are probably in the realm of wear and tear here and run some risk of a dust up over the deposit that may cost more time and stress than a touch up paint.

If your in denial you take no action on any of the folks during the 5 month foreclosure gestation period.. and now you have mandatory mediation etc. so lots of time for them to work it out.So what we decided is we only wanted to deal with highly motivated folks and they usually get highly motivated on Monday when their house is going to be sold on Wed.
