I have two rental units in my portfolio that I refinanced into a 15 year mortgage at 3.5% in other to pay it off fast but after watching and learning a lot from pod casts here in BP; I would have done things differently.

I know this is a pretty stupid question but how can you listen to bp pod cast in a car while your driving. ?

I believe recent "event"  have postponed the problem, but with more and more uniformed millennials reaching adulthood every day the issue will not be corrected until a crash.When that crash happens everyone will be impacted whether they prepare or not, and there's simply nothing that can get the masses of Tide-Pod eating, condom-snorting millenials to reject their pop-culture educations aside from that very same economic collapse they are hell-bent to see.In other words, I recognize that it is inevitable and that there's not a damn thing I can do about it.Until then I plan on being smart with money, investing in real estate, and avoiding wasteful debt on items that aren't income-generating assets... expert for my truck and pets lol

I see you joined the 10 post a month challenge and set a pace on pod casts to finish them up this year I like it! 

Jerryll  I am nominating you for a pod cast  @Mindy Jensen   you can talk about your SEO which I don't understand but maybe you can teach others.. and watching your rise.. your the essence of the BP.   

@Leora Merrell I dont drink coffee however I got a second hand Keurig and pods from Sams club,which my guests do really enjoy having.
