The most important part of being successful with DM or any marketing strategy is persistence.

He's doing more deals than most wholesalers I know in Pittsburgh.....Just like everything else it takes some time and some persistence, but based on what I've seen him do I'd definitely recommend it. 

They are persistent and consistent, they take action and they spend either their time or their money putting the systems in place to accomplish the first three.I happen to live in a market where there are over a million people a year moving in.
