I have paid an attorney more money that I want to find a solution and they want  me to sue the title company.Has anyone had any experience overcoming this obstacle with the county.  

Thus, anyone who is achieving that or beyond today and lives in LA and would not mind giving me a chance, I would like to invite you to coffee or lunch and I would like to hear how you did and what strategy you used, hard money, private or banks, how you overcom your fears etc etc and eventually be a mentor to me.  

I figured I would have to figure out how to overcome that since I'll continue moving around every couple of years with the military anyway.

MINDSETYou need to retrain your brain and change perspective on the filter through which you are viewing things.We all have obstacles to overcome and many of us started from nothing.

The math has overcome my emotions, however, and I'm ready to get serious.

How will you overcome those obstacles or what will you do if you can't?

The only way to overcome the flag of market rejection is drop below market price, effectively getting your client below market value for their property.  

Look at your sales script, and see where there might be some mention of only one buyer.The objection can probably be overcome with a simple "There can be only one buyer for your property, and he's sitting right here in front of you?"
