Hey Bp,

A lot of people here on BP suggested that I started writing what I wanted to accomplish in real estate , my plans , and many other things. I've read the beginners book provided by BP which suggested the same. I recently purchased a note pad to start writing these things down but I'm stuck. Is there anything anyone would suggest a starter have written down ? Thanks in advance.

Here is a start to what you need to figure out...don't think you need to have all the answers right now -- spend a couple months reading, learning and thinking about it:

What are your goals?

What is the investing strategy you will use to achieve those goals?

How much money will you need to achieve those goals and at what points in time?

Where will you get the money to achieve those goals?

What are the milestones to achieve those goals?

Who is your competition and how will you be better than they are?

Who are your customers and what evidence do you have to support the belief that there are enough of them and they will pay enough for your to achieve your goals?

What are the obstacles you'll face?

How will you overcome those obstacles or what will you do if you can't?
