Hope this makes sense I'm a stage 4 brain cancer survivor and had a craniotomy awhile back and trying to understand this. 

You can bet that her car note, cell phone bill, electricity bill, cable/internet bill will be paid before you if you offer her any kind of "assistance".

All our gets get my cell number.

For example old cell phone bills are frequently illegally re-reported and legally the statute of limitations on them is 2 years.

The app can be a little glitchy in areas with poor cell service, but generally very good.

Full Name Cell Phones (#s are the sign may not be cell phones so ask for those also) all social media accounts and emails of course.  

All check-in and out is done with the guest by text through their cell phone, or we will use Messenger or WhatsApp sometimes for foreign guests who don't have good cell phone availability without paying outrageous charges. 

When someone calls or texts the storage number, it comes through on my cell.

Eventually I stop wasting brain cells and forget.
