Many areas see placing an artificially manipulated lien on real estate as filing a false lien.

Here in Dallas the judges will rule in the favor of the tenant, and the landlord doesn't want the tenant to tell the judge I don't want to live where someone false accuses me of theft, and I like to move out with my full deposit refunded.

If you are going to fight you should immediately document everything and send a certified notice to cease outlining the materially false representations he has made, including any and all evidence.

He has been making false income and expense statement and putting them out each quarter.

we are actually all variations of brown and part of one race human race. so he hates himself, has massive insecurities cause he most likely has no friends and  terms he uses is not real but made up words passed around by other ignorant, hurting and deeply insecure humans with no idea how to connect with other people. be the voice of reason and change for his pathetic hard heart and introduce him to some of your diverse ethnic and cultural friends or neighbors who can befriend him and prove his fears and insecurities false. he is still a human worth investment. if you commit to hiring him put in contract no bigotry allowed while on your property. explain that God made  all light and dark skin tones and they are all precious and beautiful.

It amazes me that such false information is mass produced and sold.The fact is, flipping properties in either a traditional or ROTH IRA Will incur UBIT.

I priced it high, but not absurd to see what would happen.

I have had communications with folks at the CFPB, my name isn't going on some petition that is so absurd and out of touch with reality, plainly obvious as to those asking for such exemptions, they are most likely the ones who can't or won't comply, or lack the understanding of why this became an issue but don't care, they really aren't interested in the "public" as much as themselves.
