The different suits vary by case but allegations include many counts of fraud, fraud in the inducement, breach of contract, promissory-estoppel, quantum meriut and unjust enrichment, business opportunity deception, and offense against property. 

I am never going to put contacts of mine into an unfair investment, or propose something offensively skewed in GP favor.

KC had a bunch of decent looking Turnkey companies and was really the only city I saw that had increasing population (no offense Cleveland but that's not where you want to be) and ok looking turnkey.

The first thing to recognize is that performing certain work as an unlicensed contractor is a criminal offense in Florida, and the penalties for that are far more severe than for having unpermitted work on your property (this can be corrected after the fact).

He used a lot of warranty deeds with vendor liens, & using a wrap arounds and got it sold and financed by Global Lending Solutions, not sure if they paid off the orignal loan.

But with certain U.S. and global economic issues right now, I wouldn't be surprised to see the market soften a bit in the short term.
