Would you not rent to an elderly woman who is on government assistance because she is the type of person that is on Section 8?

Without going into the whole story, he attempted to fix it but ended up hiring an incompetent plumber who just damaged my bathroom and I was stuck cleaning up the very expensive mess and living with my only bathroom under renovation for weeks.Well anyway, it is now owned by a new woman, and the leak still isn't fixed.

Here's my rule of thumb: If I (as a woman) would not live there, I will not buy there.

The one man (or woman) band who has their pulse on the market and the ability to farm a particular area and pull deals out of that area each month like clockwork.

A woman will be less likely to partner with you unless there is a ring involved.

I am lucky that I was married to a woman and she has been saving money for about 25 years.  

Luckily I am married to a fry conservative woman that has been saving money for about 25 years so I am not under a lot of pressure.
