Tell them you tried it and your fingers are too big to type on a small screen, that your hand shakes too much and the last resort, you can't see the text clearly through cataracts.

Without going into every little finer detail as I only type with 2 fingers and it would probably take me 5,000 words to cover all of the S#!

I'm making the calls, I'm running my finger down the list of VA Lenders and I'm sure I'll find someone but I figured why re invent the wheel when I know someone has had a similar thought before me.

Hey Shaun,There are a few Montana folks on here, seems like a year ago I could count the BP membership (active at least) for the entire state on my fingers, but more active members every day.  

Choke up on the brush handle all the way up in your hand; your fingers should be almost on the base of the bristles, so you have a ton on control over the brush tip. 

Unfortunately this one slip through my fingers, sold within hours of being listed.

Just wasn't sure if there was a general rule out there with flips when it comes to paneling and ceiling tiles.Well, fingers crossed with the ceiling!
