It would have been great to have someone experienced, but that ship has sailed for this deal. 

No building permits (Zoning of course); depreciate over 7 years; ships already erected or on-site; installed with forklift; lower property taxes; leasing & financing opportunities; portable; scalable; & so forth...I'd look into Universal Storage Containers.com or Bos Containers or even e-bay & Craigslist. 

There is no reason for a Contr not to pull a permit, it doesn't cost anything except a trip to the city.If that ship has sailed, then go to the city and explain what happened and beg for forgiveness.Next time always assume that everything requires a permit.

Most prefab mfrs require deposit and the unit to be 100% paid for when it ships to your job.

Someone is building a luxury shipping container home on the empty lot across our street. 

They are based in Canada, and the lock will be about $350 shipped to your door.

Have spent well over $15,000 on postcards in that time period and average around $.44 printed/shipped so an average 1000postcard campaign is running about $450 with my own list uploaded.
