Negotiating after inspections
Hello! I am a new investor, and just bought my first 4 plex for full asking price, 540,000. We just had our inspections come back. The roof only has 3 years left with a $14,000 replacement estimate, and there's a little less than $10,000 of repairs to be done in the units. (all non cosmetic) I'm working with a inexperienced real estate agent. And need advice on how to proceed! Thank you in advance. (California)
