Im also generalizing a couple of the more well know pod-casters comments (specific to multifamily) that they are seeing a considerable uptick in deals that they are reviewing being 'overpaid", or at least the consideration of overpaying.Lastly, in the smaller MF space Im hearing of folks that are buying based upon what they "think" the project will produce in the future... something that I simply wont do.
