My networks have instant cash flow in B class communities because they know how to renovate and buy.

george, that looks amazing.i know nothing about boilers, but i'd just call a few commercial stores and just ask them which one is the best. when i changed the water heater to my house with an instant water heater i called around and found out that Noritz is the best (what i was told). so i just got that and installed it my self.

You will also instantly be sitting on some nice equity once the project is complete which will be a nice cushion for you down the road as well if needed.
