Holly is correct, in most cases you do not need a survey, but if the land is steep you would want a survey to properly place the home, determine crawlspace height/basement depth, and grade the land accordingly.

People who actually want a career in note investing or brokering will take the time and make the effort to obtain real, in depth knowledge to be able to do much more than just talk the talk.
