You all just made me realize how strong you will get hit back when you say something negative, Thanks for the advice , I really appreciate it, I edited my first response, as I feel most of the replies I got were due to the fact that I incorrectly formulated my post ( note: I'm not a native english speaker so sometimes the intent of the message is a bit different than is seems) I assure you all that I greatly appreciate all feedback , both negative and positive and I am not trying to offend anyone not even the least bit.

May have found a potential deal, but I'm a Durham native and have no idea what the market is like in Greenville.

Great deals are few and far between, and in my opinion, you have to know the market and be ready to react quickly when a good one hits the market, especially in that price range (~$350K). 

I think you are over analyzing and over reacting...first, you cant stop them from doing what you are doing.

I'm an Indiana native and returning to the Bloomington market after awhile so any help with referrals would be greatly appreciated!
