Howdy folks

It's been few months since I last posted my real good post. So many things after Harvey to help and revive the community which was top priority. Now slowly my neighbors are settling down and getting some free time to check and respond to posts. It was tough few months for many Harvey impacted Houstonians. I know there are still lot of them displaced and trying to get back in their homes. My heart goes out to them!! Let me know anyway I can help.

Alright, getting to business. I get to asked whether Houston is still a good market? Can we continue to invest in Houston? Is it good to get flooded properties? There are all sorts of questions which thrown at me from friends, clients and all sides. I like to say, Houston is resilient as always and put Harvey in the back side and thriving in many areas. Harvey has opened up opportunities for Investor who wants  take a chance and evolve as winner if played right!!

Do know what you are getting in like any time deals and play it safe and hard!!  There are properties which are flooded first time and never flooded still coming all over Houston and do your due diligence and make the investment..
