Hello All,What "hot topics" or themes would real estate investors expect from a property management blog?

Lots of good bits of info in all posts here.One theme that recurs is "lien priority" - the HOA lien had some lien position, and the BoA lien had some lien position.

Very easy to use and their is a plugin or theme available for almost anything.

I am doing inspection this Wed before P&s.I am pretty much on my own in this business.
