I’m involved with a wonderful woman, who I live with, and she is a VP for a large national medical device company, so financially we are good and ready to move into investing.We have both been educating ourselves through reading books, listening to podcasts, reading forums on BP, etc. and it’s now time to take that step into PASSIVE INCOME.

I’m on the east coast and haven’t seen much traction with that yet, but according to Redfin, in Seattle, there are sellers pulling their homes off the market because they don’t want potentially sick people in their homes...

I ended up getting a mentor 12 months later because I was not getting the traction I personally wanted. 

I will second what James Wise said,and add my two cents:  Dishwashers are great labor-saving devices, as well as a more economical way to wash dishes than hand washing.

I have also had some big repairs like electric panel upgrades to accommodate the higher number and usage of electrical devices.

Once you see what's getting traction or giving you poor leads, then you can increase your spend and modify key words to go after your target. 

As an update I have done 5 wholesale deals in the last 11 months and now I’m getting decent traction by staying consistent.
